Q: Why the big difference in shipping cost ?

A:  Size and weight of the instruments. Dimensions of the Instruments.  Cost of insuring the instruments.

Q: Can you combine shipping ?

A: On instruments we currently can not combine shipping.

Q: When will my order be shipped ?

A: We usually ship all orders within 48 hours of cleared payment.

Q: How long will it take to receive my instrument ?

A: Between 5 and 10 business days.
